Description

Established by Congress in 1981, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit (Court) has jurisdiction over federal cases originating in the states of Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.

As described in the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ), the Court's Research and Information Center requires a variety of videos to be produced in support of the Eleventh Circuit Civics Education program.

The period of performance for this contract shall begin on the date of award and end no later than Friday, 9 June 2023.

The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable offer, subject to the availability of funds.

Background
The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit (Court) was established by Congress in 1981 and has jurisdiction over federal cases originating in the states of Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. The Court's Research and Information Center requires a variety of videos to be produced in support of the Eleventh Circuit Civics Education program.

Work Details
The contractor is required to plan, creatively develop, film, edit, and produce 20 high-definition educational videos. Each video should be 2-3 minutes in length and filmed in multiple locations within the states of Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment for the video production. Additionally, the contractor must create storyboards for each video, record interviewees according to guidelines provided by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), use a teleprompter for each video, record b-roll footage and still photos, create custom open and closing graphics, select and utilize royalty-free music for videos, audio balance the final videos, perform final editing and production/post-production. The contractor is also required to provide ongoing support by editing or correcting videos for a period of six months after the end of the period of performance.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract shall begin on the date of award and end no later than Friday, 9 June 2023. Video production shall take place until Friday, 12 May 2023, with the remaining period used for post-production and review. All work will be conducted between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM in the local time zone where recording is taking place.

Place of Performance
The video recording will take place at various locations within Alabama, Florida, and Georgia as specified in the solicitation.
