Background
The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Prosthetic & Sensory Aids Service (PSAS) has a need for Video Magnification Devices to improve visual performance in people with low vision. The fundamental mission of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is to provide Veterans, service members, and their families the benefits they have earned through their military service to the United States.

Work Details
The contractor agrees to provide uninterrupted supply of standardized items and delivery of Video Magnification Closed Circuit Televisions and ship the required items to VHA facilities, CONUS and OCONUS. The warranty will be reviewed in its entirety to determine the extent to which it meets and/or exceeds the minimum requirement (two-year coverage of parts, battery, labor, shipping, and all associated costs).
The contractor shall provide In-home set-up is defined as delivery of devices to the Veterans home to provide complete set-up and assembly of the devices and placed in a room of the Veterans choice while ensuring operation and functionality of all equipment (functions and features). Brief orientation training is defined as orientation of the controls per the instruction manual included by the contractor. Orientation should identify placement of reading materials, features, controls, control functions and orient the Veteran on how to use the XY table. The Contractor shall provide confirmation of in-home set-up and brief orientation training with the submission of their invoice.

Period of Performance
The minimum guaranteed amount is $2,500.00 for the awarded contract. Orders shall be determined by department needs. The contractor's performance on the IDIQ will be reported to the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) on an annual basis.

Place of Performance
The geographic location(s) for delivery includes VHA facilities, CONUS and OCONUS.
