Vibrex Wing Kits

The 502d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland, TX intends to award a single source purchase order to Diagnostic Solutions International LLC, 2580 E. Philadelphia Street, Unit C, Ontario, CA, 91761-8094 USA, under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The proposed contract action is for the procurement of Vibrex 2000 Plus Helicopter/Fixed Wing Kits for the 318 TRS at JBSA-Lackland TX. The delivery date will be 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), that the circumstances of this contract action deem only a single source is reasonably available to fulfill the stated requirement. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the requirement in writing to natalie.parraghi@us.af.mil and teresa.yancey@us.af.mil no later than 1300 hours CST, Friday, 29 March 2019. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice. No request for proposals or quotes will be issued base upon this Notice of Intent.
