Work Details
The contractor will conduct Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems at specified facilities. Responsibilities include:
- Providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, and supervision necessary for the work.
- Conducting semi-annual complete testing with reports due 30 days post-testing.
- Following up on any failed tests within 30 days to ensure compliance with criteria.
- Coordinating schedules with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for testing dates.
- Ensuring all TAB technicians are certified by recognized organizations such as AABC or NEBB.
- Documenting results and providing detailed reports that include findings and recommendations.
- Services may be scheduled Monday through Saturday from 7:00 am – 4:00 pm MT, including Federal Holidays with COR approval.
