Description

This is an Award Notice prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.3 Synopses of Contract Awards. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) awarded contract N00421-23-C-0003 on October 5, 2022 that resulted from Solicitation N00421-22-R-0188 to Clayton International, Incorporated (CII), 300 Dividend Drive, Peachtree City, GA 30269. Clayton will provide Egyptian Depot Level Maintenance (EDLM) of one (1) VH-3A H-3 variant helicopter, Bureau Number (BUNO) Tail Number 300 in support of the Egyptian Air Force (EAF).

Pursuant to the Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), FMS case EG-P-GID dated 18 January 2022 between the U.S. Government and the Egyptian Government and EAF Ministry of Defense letter dated 17 January 2022, this contract was issued as a Directed Sole Source to CII under NAICS Code 336413 (Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing) and Product Service Code (PSC) J015 (Maintenance/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment Aircraft and Airframe Structural Components). A stand-alone C type contract was awarded with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) CLINs for EDLM and a Cost CLIN for Travel.
