12 Januay 24: Amendment 5 and RFI Log as of 12 January 24 Posted.

The purpose of this amendment is to make the follow ing changes in accordance with the enclosed Summary of Changes:
1. Delete the Overtime Liquidated Damages Rates in the clause at FAR 52.211-12 Liquidated Damages-Construction
2. Contract Line items 2 and 3 are not to be priced--they are for informational purposes only. Subcontract line items 0002AA, 0002AB,
0002AC, 0003AA,0003B, and 0003AC shall be priced to include the unit price.
3. There are no other changes, and all other terms and conditions shall remain the same.

Offerors are reminded to acknowledge all amendments to help ensure that their offer is considered responsive.

The purpose of this amendment is to make the follow ing changes in accordance with the enclosed "Summary of Changes":
1. Incorporate Addendum 1 into the terms and conditions of this soliciation and any subsequent contract.
2. Incorporate unit price struture for Asphalt and crack repairs. Please refer to the revised line item structure.
3. The clause at FAR 52.211-18, "Variation in Estimated Quantity". is hereby incorporated into the terms and conditions of this soliciation and
any subsequent contract.
4. The Wage Determinatiion is updated to General Decision Number: MI20240001 01/05/2024
5. There are no other changes and all other terms shall remain the same.

1. The Wage Determination is updated to General Decision Number: MI20230001 12/22/2023
2. The Liqudated Damages have been updated as per the revised clause at 52.211-12
3. Paragrpah 3 Section 01 00 00 Division 01 General Requirements has been updated regarding the compensation of inspectors.

2. Incorporate the clause at FAR 52.204-30 into the terms and conditions of this solicitation.
