Description

Veterans Curation Program (VCP) Laboratories for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers St. Louis District FY25-29Please note: The original synopsis for this requirement was posted on sam.gov under solicitation no. W912P924Q0562. The new number for this VCP project is now W912P924R0044.
Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) St. Louis District is seeking curation services for the management of archaeological collections in support of other USACE districts and federal government entities nationwide. The proposed contract will include providing multidisciplinary curation services, cultural resources, archival and records management services, Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA) compliance services, object/collection moves, archaeological investigative/laboratory services, conservation, rehabilitation, and curation services.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for managing and supervising subcontractors, handling large volumes of work under strict deadlines, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations and guidelines. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract known as Curation Services for the Mandatory Center of Expertise for the Curation and Management of Archaeological Collections (MCX CMAC).
