Veterans Curation Program (VCP) Laboratories for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers St. Louis District FY25-29

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) St. Louis District is seeking curation services for the management of archaeological collections in support of other USACE districts and federal government entities nationwide. The proposed contract will include providing multidisciplinary curation services, cultural resources, archival and records management services, Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA) compliance services, object/collection moves, archaeological investigative/laboratory services, conservation, rehabilitation, and curation services.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for managing and supervising subcontractors, handling large volumes of work under strict deadlines, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations and guidelines. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract known as Curation Services for the Mandatory Center of Expertise for the Curation and Management of Archaeological Collections (MCX CMAC). The performance work statement defines the general tasks to be performed under the contract, including specific deliverables and details for each task order.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from FY25-29.

Place of Performance
Work covered under this contract will be located within the continental United States (CONUS), and outside the continental United States (OCONUS), to include Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories.
