Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information and Technology (OI&T) Unified Communications Infrastructure Support (UCIS) has a requirement for brand name Avaya Professional Services, Licensing, Configuration, and installation. This action is to acquire the labor to include engineering, planning, configuration changes, and implementation, testing and validating of, Avaya Automated Quality Management (AQM), Real Time Routing Queue Stat, Custom Contact Access Count, Outbound SMS Widget, SMS Comfort Message, Attribute Change Widget, Oceana upgrade, Avaya Call Recorder A (ACRA) upgrades for Community Care Enterprise Contact Center (CCECC) and Veterans Crisis Line (VCL). The Period of Performance (PoP) shall be 9/2/2021 to 9/1/2022.
