Background
The solicitation is for VERTICAL TRANSPORTATION EQUIPMENT ELEVATOR MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, AND INSPECTION SERVICES. The work will be performed at Edwards AFB, AFRL, and AFP42. The contractor is required to comply with safety and health regulations as per OSHA and Edwards AFB safety standards. The contractor must possess a current C-10 Contracting License and a Qualified Conveyance Contractor Certificate issued by the State of California.

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for elevator maintenance, repair, and inspection services as per the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The PWS includes requirements related to antiterrorism awareness training, safeguarding government property, identification and passes for personnel, prohibition of weapons/firearms/ammunition on the premises, safety requirements and reports, welding permits, compliance with OSHA standards, Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) compliance, OSHA reporting requirements, safety and health plan submission, licensing requirements, and certification of contractor personnel.

The construction projects will be performed at Edwards AFB, AFRL, and AFP42.
