The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform the Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Remedial Maintenance (RM) on AMXG's, CMXG's, MXSG's, and PMXG's Remstar, Kardex, Megastar, and Shuttle XP Vertical Stackers, Vertical Carousels, and Vertical Lifts on-base for the Oklahoma City -Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). Specifications will be found on the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Equipment List.

Background
The Oklahoma City - Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC) is seeking a contractor to provide Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Remedial Maintenance (RM) services for various vertical stackers, carousels, and lifts used on-base.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational readiness and safety of the equipment utilized by AMXG, CMXG, MXSG, and PMXG units.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, materials, parts, quality control, transportation, and inspection manuals necessary to perform PM and RM on specified vertical stackers and lifts.
Key tasks include:
1. Performing two PMs per year on each item listed in Appendix A, ensuring compliance with OEM specifications.
2. Conducting operational checks post-PM to demonstrate equipment functionality.
3. Providing written reports detailing any errors found during maintenance within ten business days after checks are completed.
4. Responding to equipment malfunctions within two business days (or five if overseas), including providing an Estimate Repair Report within one business day of inspection completion.
5. Ensuring all parts used are new unless authorized otherwise by the Contracting Officer (CO).
6. Submitting a Service Report upon completion of maintenance detailing services provided and any additional recommendations.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed on-base at Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB), Oklahoma.
