This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a Firm Fixed Price purchase order with Time and Material (T&M) CLINs for Vertical Lift Module (VLM) Maintenance at DLA Distribution Corpus Christi, TX. The Government intends to award one (1) contract as a result of this RFQ and will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. This acquisition is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated procurement.

Background
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued by DLA Distribution Acquisition Operations to establish a Firm Fixed Price purchase order with Time and Material (T&M) CLINs for Vertical Lift Module (VLM) Maintenance at DLA Distribution Corpus Christi, TX.

The goal of this contract is to provide maintenance support services for Government-owned Modula VLM equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with established standards. This acquisition is classified under Full and Open Competition.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, replacement parts, and supervision necessary to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Government-owned Modula VLM equipment located at DLA Distribution Corpus Christi.

All Contractor service technicians must be Modula-certified to provide comprehensive installation and maintenance services. The Contractor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in work areas and ensuring that all personnel comply with security requirements, including wearing identification badges.

The Contractor must also report any suspected criminal incidents and comply with environmental regulations regarding hazardous materials. Additionally, the Contractor shall maintain a Quality Control Program to ensure acceptable performance as per the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).

Period of Performance
Base Year: April 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026; Option Year 1: April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027; Option Year 2: April 1, 2027 – March 31, 2028; Option Year 3: April 1, 2028 – March 31, 2029; Option Year 4: April 1, 2029 – March 31, 2030.
