Vertical Launching System - Programmable Power Supply   4

Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) is soliciting proposals for the manufacture, assembly, and test and delivery of Vertical Launching System (VLS) Programmable Power Supply (PPS) MK 179 Mod 0, Part Number 7104312-29, Maintenance Assistance Module (MAM) kit, Onboard Repair Part (OBRP) kit, Installation and Checkout (INCO) spares kit, Depot spares kit, and Lowest Replaceable Unit (LRU) kit. Sources Sougt notice was posted on 08 January 2020 to BETA.sam.gov.

The Specifications/Drawing package will be provided via FedEx upon written request from the Offeror to estefania.cordova-ru@navy.mil and nayneet.kaur@navy.mil. These drawings are restricted and can only be made available to DoD contractors under the Joint Certification Program. The Offeror's written request shall include a cage code and a mailing address.
Offerors may submit comments regarding solicitation requirements by emailing the Contract Specialist at estefania.cordova-ru@navy.mil and the Contracting Officer at nayneet.kaur@navy.mil. It is required that all questions be received within 10 calendar days of the date this solicitation is issued. Questions received after 10 calendar days may not be answered prior to the proposal due date.

Amendment 1: Due to its size exceeding DOD SAFE limits, TDP will be shared to Offerors via FedEx. Instructions have been updated in the description of this notice available in BETA.sam.gov. Section J of this solicitation has been updated accordingly.

Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to:

1) Provide responses to industry questions received to date.
2) Update SOW, Section A, Section B, Section J, Section L, and Section M in response to questions received to date.
3) Extend the solicitation closing date to 18 May 2020 at 03:00 PM PST.

Amendment 3: The purpose of this amendment is to:

1) Provide responses to industry questions received to date.
2) Update section L Instructions to Offerors to allow for DoD SAFE/e-mail offer submissions.

Amendment 4: The purpose of this amendment is to:

1) Provide responses to industry questions received to date.
2) Extend the solicitation closing date from 18 May 2020 at 03:00 PM PST to 8 June 2020 at 03:00 PM PST.
