Vermont national Guard Army Mountain Warfare School Full Food Service

Background
The Vermont Army National Guard (VTARNG) has a requirement for Full Food Service to support the Army Mountain Warfare School (AMWS) located at 100 Lewis Chapel Road, Jericho, Vermont. The AMWS does not possess the organic capabilities to provide these services and relies on contracted services to provide meals to patrons attending courses conducted at the school complex. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Full Food Services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The scope includes providing commercial meal services during scheduled training periods. The contractor must ensure compliance with technical specifications outlined in the PWS and demonstrate effective management and staffing plans.

Key tasks include: managing food service operations during training courses; ensuring staff are trained in required certifications such as ServSafe, OPSEC, and AT; providing a capability statement that addresses management effectiveness; submitting resumes and credentials of key personnel; and ensuring adequate past performance references are provided.

Period of Performance
Base Period: January 10, 2026 – October 16, 2026; Option Period 1: October 17, 2026 – October 15, 2027; Option Period 2: October 16, 2027 – October 13, 2028; Six Month Extension (if needed): October 14, 2028 – April 13, 2029.
