Background

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for cleaning ventilation and exhaust systems at various locations in Oahu, Hawaii. This includes:

1. Performing routine cleaning of kitchen exhaust systems and air conditioning ducts;
2. Conducting mold remediation services as necessary;
3. Ensuring compliance with safety standards throughout the cleaning process;
4. Submitting monthly invoices for services rendered, accompanied by a Certificate of Conformance;
5. Maintaining an office on Oahu that is manned during regular working hours;
6. Participating in pre-performance conferences to discuss scheduling and administration of work;
7. Providing documentation of corporate experience relevant to the tasks outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS);
8. Adhering to safety protocols and submitting safety data for evaluation.

Period of Performance
The contract term consists of a base period of 12 months, with four additional option periods of 12 months each, plus one option to extend services for six months, totaling a maximum duration of 66 months.
