Background
The 19th Contracting Squadron is hosting a Vendor Industry Day on 24 April 2023 to invite industry partners to present innovative capabilities to the 19th Airlift Wing at Little Rock Air Force Base in support of upcoming mission requirements in logistics, maintenance, emergency management, civil engineering, and base security.

Work Details
Responders are invited to provide capability statements (no more than 10 pages) detailing technologies and services in areas including:
- Logistics/Warehouse Modernization such as Warehouse Management Systems, Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems, Collaborative Mobile Robots and Automated Guided Vehicles, RFID and item tracking solutions, IoT and Virtual Reality training solutions, smart wearables and augmented reality, deployable infrastructure for austere operations, and automated tool/part ordering processes.
- Aircraft Maintenance and Operations including wearable exoskeletons and equipment/vehicle trainers.
- Emergency Management capabilities like AI-guided dispatch, public address and warning systems, emergency communication and coordination equipment, and life-saving devices.
- Civil Engineering Solutions encompassing base infrastructure management, preventative maintenance management, 3D imaging and plotting survey tools, pest control and environmental solutions, smart power management, and energy harvesting/reclamation technologies.
- Base Security innovations such as predictive policing, counter-UAS defenses, rapid installation access systems, crowd control tools, UAS/UAV perimeter security solutions, common operating picture integration, and autonomous security/robotic dogs.
Additional new and innovative concepts beyond these categories are encouraged.

Period of Performance
Questions due by 17 March 2023.
Capability statements due by 31 March 2023.
Vendor Industry Day event to be held on 24 April 2023.

Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas.

Bidder Requirements
Submission of one consolidated attendance request per company including company name, point of contact, title, email address, and phone number.
Capability statement no more than 10 pages, submitted by 31 March 2023.

The 19th Contracting Squadron will be hosting a Vendor Industry Day on 24 April 2023. The intent of this Vendor Industry Day event is to invite vendors/contractors to share their capabilities with the Air Force to provide new capabilities or better fulfill anticipated requirements. This is an opportunity for Industry to propose new and innovative solutions to the 19th Airlift Wing at Little Rock Air Force base. The areas of interest are Logistics/Warehouse Modernization, Aircraft/Maintenance Operations, Emergency Management, Civil Engineering Solutions, and Base Security however additional ideas for innovation are welcome.

Attachment 1 highlights the lists of categories and some ideas within those categories. The ideas within those categories are NOT solely what the Government is looking for, merely some suggestions.

Additionally, the Government is requesting industry to provide a statement of capability in preparation for Industry Day. The statement of capability shall consist of not more than 10 pages describing the responder's ability to demonstrate their capabilities. Companies planning to participate in the Industry Day activities shall provide one consolidated attendance request, with the company name, point of contact, title, email address, and phone number.

All questions are due by 17 March 2023.

All statement of capabilities are due by 31 March 2023.

The Government does not intend to award a contract based on this request. The Government will not reimburse costs associated with the documentation submitted under this request. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this inquiry.
