Background
The Maryland Air National Guard is seeking quotes for the removal and replacement of a pressure vessel in an existing boiler located at Martin State Airport, Baltimore, MD. The facility houses various functions of the 175th Maintenance Group. The project aims to restore comfort heating capabilities that have been compromised due to a non-functioning pressure vessel. The existing boiler was manufactured by Viessmann and is critical for maintaining operational efficiency during cold weather. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, supervision, and materials necessary to complete the work as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, and required materials to install a new pressure vessel and bring the boiler into working condition. Specific tasks include:

1) Removal of the existing non-functioning pressure vessel;
2) Installation of the new pressure vessel according to manufacturer guidelines;
3) Repair any damage incurred during the replacement process;
4) Recommissioning the boiler to ensure it maintains proper pressure;
5) Compliance with safety regulations and environmental protection standards throughout the project.

The work must adhere to Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) for inspection and certification of boilers.
