After market research, the Government intends to Award a Firm Fixed Price FFP order using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures.

Background
This is a sources sought/request for estimate which the government intends to use for market research, planning, and budgetary purposes. After market research, the Government intends to Award a Firm Fixed Price FFP order using Part 12 and Part 13 procedures.

Work Details
Supply/Service needed: Qty:3444 Vehicle Telematic Devices. The SOW includes the capabilities of the telematics devices such as being plugged into the OBDII Port, utilizing telecommunications and informatics to send, receive, and store data connected with fleet vehicles, providing agencies with the ability to right size fleet and fleet efficiency through analytical data, offering GPS and Geofencing service, snapshot pre/post impact, driver coaching/management, engine RPM data, speed data, pinpoint data, compliance with FAST reporting, system user portal access and training, accident and collision reconstruction, and analyzing driving patterns and range data.
