This is a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with Firm Fixed Price CLINs for hardware and Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) CLINs for services.

The Determination and Findings under 10 USC Section 4022, Authority to Enter into a Follow-On Production Contract or Transaction, was approved on 12 July 2022.

The USG has determined the use of CPFF CLINs for the services appropriate as it allows for flexibility in how the the services are performed.
