Vehicle Lease - Kuwait

Background
This procurement is initiated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Southwestern Division, Middle East District, to fulfill a recurring supply need for ground transportation vehicles in the Kuwait Area Office. The goal is to ensure that USACE personnel have access to safe and operable vehicles at all times while stationed in the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). This contract aims to provide reliable transportation for military and civilian employees stationed outside the continental United States (OCONUS).

Work Details
The contractor is required to deliver a total of thirteen vehicles: twelve mid-size Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs) and one full-size SUV, all model year 2025 or newer. The vehicles must comply with local laws in Kuwait and be delivered within approximately seven business days of contract award. Specific tasks include:

- Ensuring that all vehicles are safe, legal to operate, and fully operational, which includes necessary licensing, inspections, insurance, toll stickers, and any other efforts required for operational readiness.
- Providing comprehensive insurance coverage for all leased vehicles as per Kuwait law.
- Conducting periodic maintenance and repairs as needed to keep the vehicles in like-new condition.
- Replacing any damaged or malfunctioning vehicle with another meeting the same specifications.
- Providing 24/7 vehicle breakdown/recovery service throughout Kuwait.

Place of Performance
The contract will be executed in Kuwait.
