Vehicle Insurance Services for SUVs, automobiles, cargo trucks, and motorcycles that belong to the different agencies within the embassy. These vehicles are divided in two types of licenses: diplomatic plates and local yellow plates. They are to be insured to cover SOAT (Seguro Obligatorio de Accidentes de Tr nsito) and TPL (Third Party Liability), in compliance with the mandate by the Protocol Manual of the Colombian Foreign Affairs Ministry. The vehicle fleet to be covered is property of the U.S. Embassy Bogot and they are located at the United States Embassy Bogot , the Branch Office in Cartagena, and other regional offices and cities in Colombia.
