Vehicle and Aircraft Wash Racks (Guam)

Background
The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to maintain continuous and safe operations of Vehicle and Aircraft Wash Racks at Andersen AFB, Guam. The scope of performance includes preventative maintenance, service calls and repairs. Additionally, the contract shall provide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week emergency services. All work shall be completed in accordance with all local, territory, federal laws, regulations that ensure continuous and safe operation.

Work Details
The Contractor shall perform maintenance and inspection on Government Vehicle and Aircraft wash racks to ensure safe, reliable, uninterrupted service. The Contractor shall inspect and maintain wash racks UFC-3-460-03 and manufacturer’s recommended procedures on a Monthly basis.
Wash racks are identified in Appendix C. The Contractor shall respond to emergency work orders calls and arrest emergent conditions to minimize and mitigate damage to facilities, personal property equipment, and installed equipment and systems and danger to personnel whenever work force cannot mitigate the emergency. The contractor shall prepare and submit written reports and documentation for the Preventative Maintenance and service calls. The reports and documentation shall include but not limited to: location, type asset, manufacturer, and repair.
