Description

The USDA Forest Service (FS), East Zone, has a requirement for an estimate of 12 Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) to provide Vegetative Management / Wildlife Protection Services on an as-needed basis on the Ouachita National Forest in Arkansas and Oklahoma, https://www.fs.usda.gov/ouachita. This procurement is solicited using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 115310 Support Activities for Forestry, with a small business size standards of $10 Million.

Offers shall be submitted electronically to latricia.robbins@usda.gov with subject line 12444223R0002 Veg, no later than 2/3/23 by 4:00 CT . You will receive a reply email back within a day or two. It is your responsibility to ensure that your bid was received. All Offerors shall be registered at the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) to be eligible for award.

Respondents are advised that the United States (U.S) Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this solicitation. All costs associated will be solely at the responding party's expense.

Work Details
This USDA Forest Service solicitation will result in multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) of an estimated 12 Contractors to provide Vegetative Management / Wildlife Protection Services located on the Ouachita National Forest within the States of Arkansas and Oklahoma for a five year period of performance from date of award. The contract requires various tasks including tree planting, pesticide applications, manual treatments, and mechanical treatments. The contractor is responsible for providing personnel who are trained and competent to accomplish the work on this contract in a manner consistent with the highest professional standards of the industry.
