Vector Doppler Scoring/Vector Scoring Services (VDOPS/VSS) V   3

Background
The Vector Doppler Scoring/Vector Scoring System (VDOPS/VSS) services are being procured in support of the Aerial Targets Program at Tyndall AFB, FL and Holloman AFB, NM by the Air Combat Command, Acquisition Management and Integration Center (ACC AMIC), Langley AFB, VA. The services include providing end-game missile scoring data reports generated from onboard QF-16 and BQM-167 aerial target platforms transmitted to a Ground Station Unit (GSU). Additionally, the services would include program management, operation/field maintenance for GSUs and associated system test equipment, engineering support, equipment lifecycle management, and depot-level support for Aerial Gunnery Target Sets (AGTS) and associated equipment.

Work Details
The work includes capturing vector and scalar scoring including GSU operation, final score capture and processing, and score delivery to the designated Government recipient. The contractor is required to provide high/medium/low score reporting to the 83 FWS Missile Analysis Flight (MAF) no later than 2 hours after the last missile has been fired. The report should include details such as date, drone type, aces, mission number, missile type, document classification, score quality, miss distance, and missile orientation relative to drone. Additionally, for scalar scores, the contractor should provide a documented report with similar details. Performance is acceptable when there are no major non-conformances.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is anticipated to consist of a one-year Base Period commencing 1 Jan 2025 with six one-year option periods and an extension of services period which may be exercised for up to six months if required.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Tyndall AFB, FL and Holloman AFB, NM.
