Background
The contract is issued by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) for the Coos Bay District Office in Oregon. The mission of this contract is to provide wastewater pumping services for recreational park sites within the Coos Bay Area of Responsibility. The goal is to ensure proper waste management and sanitation at these sites, thereby enhancing public health and safety.

Work Details
The contractor will perform wastewater pumping from seven recreational sites in the Coos Bay Area. Key tasks include:
1. Providing all necessary labor and equipment to pump and dispose of septage from septic tanks.
2. Thoroughly mixing and pumping to remove all contents from each tank, transporting the pumped material to a licensed disposal location, and providing proof of disposal prior to payment.
3. Ensuring that each site is clean and fit for public use before leaving, as no utilities are available at the sites.
4. Coordinating with BLM for pumping schedules, with a minimum of 1,000 gallons of wastewater per trip, and an estimated annual requirement of 22,750 to 45,750 gallons of wastewater pumping.
5. Submitting invoices within 30 days of service completion with valid disposal tickets for payment processing.

The period of performance for this contract is from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2031.
