Description

This pre-solicitation notice is prepared and provided in accordance with FAR Part 5; it serves as the synopsis for Solicitation W81K00-25-Q-A125.

The Government anticipates the release of a written Request for Quote (RFQ) for Radiopharmaceuticals (refer to Attachment 1 for list of radiopharmaceuticals required) in support of Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX. The solicitation release date is anticipated to occur on or around 20 AUG 2025 and will be posted to SAM.gov. The solicitation will be issued using full-and-open competition. The resultant contract will be an IDIQ contract inclusive of one (1) base year plus four (4) option years, with a period of performance beginning on 01 OCT 2025 and an ultimate completion date of 30 SEP 2030.

Background
The Government is preparing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Radiopharmaceuticals to support the Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) located at JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX.

This solicitation is part of the agency's mission to provide necessary medical supplies and services to military healthcare facilities. The anticipated contract will be issued under full-and-open competition and will be structured as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, which includes one base year and four option years.

Work Details
The contract requires the delivery of various radiopharmaceuticals as specified below:
- Ultratag kit (5 vial)
- Ioflupane*
- I-123 caps (200 uCi)
- MAG3 Kit
- MAA (5 Vial) box
- MAA (30 Vial) box
- Sestamibi (30 vial box)
- Sestamibi (5 vial box)
- PYP (5 vials)
- Ultra Technekow (11 Ci)

*Ioflupane must be delivered within two days of ordering since it is required for non-emergent scans. The offeror must be capable of providing and delivering the complete list of radiopharmaceuticals on an as-needed basis to the Nuclear Medicine Clinic at BAMC.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract will begin on October 1, 2025, and will conclude on September 30, 2030.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the Nuclear Medicine Clinic at Brooke Army Medical Center, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX.
