Various HII Support Equipment

Contract N6833522C584 was awarded to Hydraulics International, Inc. (HII) on 18 August 2022 for the procurement of various support equipment items which includes three (3) Hydraulic Portable Diesel Test Stands (PN: 040489-100) which provide external hydraulic ground power to the aircraft hydraulic systems; four (4) Hydraulic Portable Test Stand Purifiers (PN: 040505-100) which remove particulate material from hydraulic fluid when the test stand is connected to the aircraft; one (1) Electric Hydraulic Power Supply (PN: 040499-100, Type: A/M27T-14) which is used to provide external hydraulic ground power to aircraft hydraulic systems; six (6) Small Corrosion Control Carts (PN: 051497-100) which are used to spray detergent and water into the aircraft engine gas path; two (2) Cabin Leakage Pressurized Testers (PN: 111302-100) which are used to test the Environmental Control System; thirteen (13) Aircraft Engine Pre-Oilers (PN: 061475-100) which are used to provide pre-oiler for servicing aircraft; four (4) Main Hydraulic Consoles (PN: 4016AS100-1) which provide the hydraulic, electric, and pneumatic power, instrumentation, and controls to diagnose test and accept repair/overhauled aircraft components; and one (1) Pump and Motor Test Console (PN: 4016AS500-1) which provides Intermediate-Level testing capability of aircraft hydraulic pumps and motors.

These support equipment items are required to support several FMS partners which include the Kuwait Air Force F/A-18 E-F program (FMS Case: KU-P-SBG), the India H-60 program (FMS Case: IN-P-SAY), the Royal Malaysian Air Force F/A-18D program (FMS Case: MF-P-GBN), and the Canadian F/A-18 program (FMS Case: CN-P-DBG).

The total price of this Contract is $2,486,969.55 and is fully funded.
