Background
The Charlie Norwood VAMC in Augusta GA is seeking 2 vans to be utilized for occupational therapy and rehab services. The solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

Work Details
The purchase description specifies the requirement for two new vehicles to meet state regulatory requirements, which should be mini-vans with van chassis. The known van(s) with trim package that would allow for conversion/modifications include Toyota Sienna Hybrid XLE or higher, Chrysler Pacifica Limited or higher, and Chrysler Voyager LXi or higher. The vans should be 7-8 passenger vans with automatic transmission and standard features, including leather seats, BraunAbility (XT) Power or Vantage Mobility International (VMI) Conversion, lowered floor with appropriate flooring covering and package to replace carpet with slip resistance flooring, power kneeling system with 9.5-degree ramp angle, OEM remote side entry, step/roll driver & passenger front seats, adaptive driver seat with option to tilt, recline, lift, rotate on the driver’s side - with removable base, switchbox and pendant, auxiliary battery system, stainless steel L track kit, electronic featherlite push/rock hand controls with electronic brake lock & universal plug and play shunt with city mode, blind spot mirrors, 'Smart View' and panoramic mirrors, driver tie-downs with retractable belts, floor pods, lap and shoulder belt, chest straps, rigid stations, tool & orthotic tool kit installed in-vehicle, engine kill switch, folding shelf for evaluator to secure panels and electronics.
