This requirement is a reacquisition of tree trimming/removal services for Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB). The objective of this requirement is to provide tree trimming and/or removal services on VSFB. The contractor shall provide tree services requested by the Government on various types of trees located on and around VSFB. The contractor shall comply with all Federal, State, Local and VSFB rules and regulations.

This requirement is being solicited as 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS is 561730 with a standard size of $9.5M and the applicable PCS is S208.

Background
The Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB) is seeking a contractor to provide tree trimming and removal services. The objective of this requirement is to ensure the maintenance and safety of various types of trees located on and around VSFB, complying with all applicable Federal, State, Local, and VSFB regulations. This solicitation is a reacquisition of previously provided services.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Spot Pruning & Maintenance: 1,700 hours as per Performance Work Statement (PWS) para 1.3.

2. Tree Removal Services without Herbicide Treatment:
- Small Trees (24" Diameter or Less): 20 each
- Medium Trees (25"-60" Diameter): 20 each
- Large Trees (61"-96" Diameter): 20 each

3. Tree Removal Services with Herbicide Treatment:
- Small Trees (24" or Less Diameter): 40 each
- Medium Trees (25"-60" Diameter): 30 each
- Large Trees (61"-96" Diameter): 20 each

4. Stump Grinding Services:
- Small Stumps (1"-24" Diameter): 10 each
- Medium Stumps (25"-60" Diameter): 10 each
- Large Stumps (61"-86" Diameter): 10 each

5. Emergency Service Calls: 2 hours as per PWS para 1.6.

6. Biologist Services: 10 hours as per PWS para 7.0.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract will be from September 29, 2025, to September 28, 2026.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California.
