DLA Maritime Mechanicsburg is soliciting for a long-term indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for a period of 5 years (three (3) base years and two (2) option year periods) for the following items:

NSN 4320 015517429, Trim and Drain Assy, Part Number: 15-4035
The current approved source of supply GARDNER DENVER NASH, Cage Code 42280

The solicitation number is: SPRMM1-20-R-HA77 (solicitation attached)

Orders made against the resultant LTC will be delivery orders. They will have the ship to address and quantities and any other terms and conditions not covered by the LTC.

INTERESTED VENDORS ARE REQURIED TO OBTAIN SOURCED APPROVAL PRIOR TO ANY OFFERS BEING CONSIDERED. ANY VENDORS EXPRESSING INTEREST WILL BE PUT IN TOUCH WITH THE ENGINEERING ACTIVITY WHO WILL DIRECT YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS.
Any interested vendors that can obtain the required approval and submit an offer that is determined responsive in time to meet the closing date of the solicitation will be considered. The closing date for the solicitation is estimated to be approximately 90 days after the closing date of this notice. Parties interested in obtaining approval are requested to contact the primary POC above before the closing date of this notice.
