Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing this solicitation for the purchase of a Vacuum Excavator for the Saylorville Lake Project Office. The agency's mission includes managing and maintaining water resources, and this contract aims to enhance operational efficiency at the project site.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide a new Trailered Vacuum Excavator with the following specifications:

- **Trailer Minimum Specifications**:
- Minimum GVWR: 18,000 lbs
- Maximum axles: 2
- Minimum axle rating: 9,000 lbs
- Hydraulic jack
- Minimum 12” I Beam construction
- Torsion axles

- **Motor Minimum Specifications**:
- Minimum 49HP Diesel Motor
- Minimum fuel capacity: 22 gallons
- Accessible enclosure for motor and components
- Centrally located drains and grease points for maintenance
- Auto tensioners for belts

- **Fresh Water Minimum Specifications**:
- Two fresh water tanks, each with a minimum capacity of 200 gallons, plumbed together
- Electric low water shut off
- High pressure hose length: minimum of 50’
- High pressure cutting wand and clean out wand included

- **Vacuum Minimum Specifications**:
- Minimum vacuum capacity: 1,025 cfm
- Belt drive vacuum system with multiple suction hoses (2 x (10’x4”), 1 x (4’x4”), and user end of (4”))
- Washable filter with dual oil blower motor (not greaseable)
- Capable of achieving minimum vacuum of 15 in hg mercury and reverse pressure capability

- **Spoil Tank Requirements**:
- Minimum capacity: 800 gallons with dual cylinder cam over hydraulic door and internal washout system.

- **Additional Features**:
- Hot water option with recirculation capabilities.
- Hydraulic rotation boom with telescoping feature.
- Wireless remote control for operation.

- **Warranty Requirements**:
- Minimum warranty of one year or 1,000 hours on machine (excluding wear items) and three years on the motor.

This equipment must be delivered to the Saylorville Lake Administration and Maintenance Facility at the specified address within a delivery timeframe of FOB Destination within approximately180 days after contract award.
