SOURCES SOUGHT: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center (NCO 01), 421 N Main Street, Leeds, MA 01053; has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order for procurement, delivery, and unpacking of Vaccine Refrigerators.

The VA seeks to purchase eight (8) Vaccine Refrigerators name brand or equal to Model BFRV36; and three (3) Vaccine Refrigerators name brand or equal to Model Number BFRV84. No installation required, only procurement, delivery, and unpackaging of units at the VAMC Leeds, MA 01053. Refer to attached Sources Sought Notice for full details and SOW.

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center (NCO 01) located at 421 N Main Street, Leeds, MA 01053, has a requirement for the procurement, delivery, and unpacking of Vaccine Refrigerators. The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability of proper storage for vaccines in compliance with CDC guidelines.

Work Details
The VA seeks to purchase a total of eleven (11) Vaccine Refrigerators: eight (8) units that are name brand or equal to Model BFRV36 and three (3) units that are name brand or equal to Model Number BFRV84. The salient specifications include:

- **Storage Capacity**: BFRV36 units store up to 1,300+ vaccine doses; BFRV84 units store up to 3,600+ vaccine doses.
- **Extended Hold Time Without Power**: Maintains CDC-recommended temperature range (2°C to 8°C) for up to 6 days during power outages.
- **Phase-Change Material (PCM) Technology**: Regulates internal temperature and eliminates fluctuations caused by compressor cycling or door openings.
- **Compliance**: Meets CDC & VFC Program guidelines for vaccine storage with calibrated data loggers and min-max thermometers.
