This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 3,230 rentable square feet of space yielding 3,170 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet as a Succeeding Lease acquisition for space in the incumbent existing building for a Department of Veterans Affairs, Readjustment Counseling Service Veterans Center (Vet Center) located at 4250 River Center Ct. NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402-0010. The leased premise includes 30 surface parking spaces of which 15 parking spaces are reserved as part of rent consideration.
