Vaccination and Occupational Health Support Services (VOHSS)

Background
This non-personal services contract IDIQ will support Department of State, Medical Bureau’s efforts through task orders to provide a broad range of medical services and ancillary medical supplies. The medical services including but not limited to: (1) Vaccine receipt, storage, administration, and reporting; (2) provision of test kits; routine and specialized examination services; (3) occupational health and wellness support including clinical services (with potential need for law enforcement officer duty requirements expertise) and subject matter expertise to provide guidance for occupational health related employment questions/requirements; (4) travel immunizations and care for emerging threats to include but not limited to anomalous health incidents.

Work Details
The contractor shall establish a streamlined approach to successfully meeting the acquisition requirements while maintaining the public’s trust and fulfilling public policy objectives. They will provide competent staff to operate, equip, and supply health care facilities, program and project management in locations prescribed by the Department of State. The contractor will also provide vaccination and immunization support services, infectious disease testing, routine and specialized medical examination services, occupational health and wellness support including clinical services, trained and certified health care professionals, administrative service support as required at the task order level.
The work will be performed within the National Capital Region (NCR) with the possibility of performing at any location CONUS and OCONUS based upon mutual agreement between the Department of State and Contractor.

Period of Performance
This contract is comprised of a one-year base period and four 12-month options.

Place of Performance
The majority of work is anticipated to be completed within the National Capital Region (NCR) but reserves the right to task the contractor to perform at any location CONUS and OCONUS based upon mutual agreement between the Department of State and Contractor.
