VAaRNG Tactical Emergency Communication Kits (TAC KITs)   2

GENERAL INFORMATION:

This solicitation is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and corresponding attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation W912LQ-20-Q-0026 is being issued as a SMALL BUSINESS SET-A-SIDE with a Firm Fixed Price Request for Quote (RFQ). The business size standard in correlation to the NAICS Code is 1,250 employees. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-08, effective 13 August 2020. This procurement is being issued as a Full and Open Competition under NAICS code 334220 (Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing) and PSC 5810 (Communications Security Equipment and Components).

The requested delivery period of the equipment is 120 days After Receipt of order (ARO). This is an all-or-none requirement. Partial quotes will be deemed non-responsive and will not be evaluated. Responding vendor(s) agrees to hold the prices in its quote firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes, unless another time is specified in an amendment to the RFQ.

The Virginia Army National Guard is seeking to procure five (5) tactical emergency communication kits (TAC KITS) to replace old and outdated Tac Kits with lifecycle replacements.
