The VA New England Healthcare System is seeking a contractor to provide managed services for their Real Time Location System (RTLS). The RTLS is used for asset tracking, environmental monitoring, hand hygiene, and patient elopement and wandering. The contractor will be responsible for replacing batteries in the Centrak hardware, commissioning and decommissioning tags, and providing training and support for end users. The performance period for this contract is 12 months with four option years. The work will be performed at various VA facilities in the New England area. The contractor must comply with government security and privacy requirements, including background investigations for personnel working on the contract.
