VA OIG CyberFeds Renewal

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Inspector General (VA OIG) is issuing a sole source contract for the renewal of CyberFeds access. This contract is awarded to LRP Publications, Inc., which is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the agency's requirements.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the renewal of CyberFeds on the Web subscriptions with a reduction in the number of licenses. The services required include:

1. CyberFEDS on the Web subscriptions: Provides daily updates on developments in case law relevant to VA OIG Counselors, including forums such as MSPB, EEOC, and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.

2. CyberFEDS eLearning library add-on: Offers a single portal for OIG Counselors, Paralegals, and ER/RA Specialists to access mandatory and refresher training on Employee Relations, Reasonable Accommodation, EEOC, and Workers’ Compensation.

3. Workers’ Compensation Library on CyberFEDS: Grants access to a database of Employee Compensation Appeal Board decisions and guidance on researching claims.

Period of Performance
The contract has a Base Period of Performance of twelve (12) months, followed by four (4) Option Periods of twelve (12) months each.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at locations specified by the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Inspector General.

Bidder Requirements
Only LRP Publications is eligible to fulfill this requirement due to its unique qualifications and capabilities that meet VA OIG's needs. No additional offers will be solicited as other vendors do not possess all necessary databases in one platform.
