VA LETC Pistol Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)   2

Background
The Veterans Affairs Law Enforcement Training Center (VA LETC) located in North Little Rock, Arkansas provides professional training for all VA Police Officers. The LETC offers training services to the Department of Veterans Affairs and other Federal Law Enforcement Agencies through Enterprise Fund activities. The LETC seeks to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to purchase service pistols in varying sizes suitable for uniform and plain clothes carry. The purpose of this BPA is to supply current and future firearms to OSP, LETC, OS&LE, and VHA’s field agencies.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide semiautomatic pistols capable of being carried by uniformed and plain-clothed law enforcement officers in compact and full-size frames. The compact pistol must be a 9mm firearm with a barrel length no greater than 4.25” and a minimum magazine capacity of 9 rounds, while the full-size pistol must be a 9mm firearm with a barrel length of no less than 4.26” and no greater than 5.20” and a minimum magazine capacity of 15 rounds. Both pistols must meet specific safety requirements, disassembly capabilities, sights, grips, and other technical specifications as detailed in the Performance Work Statement.

Period of Performance
The period of performance shall be from June 19, 2024 through June 18, 2025 with four one-year option periods beginning June 19, 2025.

Place of Performance
Tasks and any manufactured products under this PWS shall be performed at Contractor facilities.
