The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Richmond, VA is seeking a contractor to provide elevator maintenance services for a total of 23 elevators, including 13 traction elevators and 10 hydraulic elevators. The contractor will be responsible for daily inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacement as necessary to ensure the elevators are safe and reliable.
