Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior award 140F0S25P0008, awarded to Branscome Operating for $164,053 (07/21/25–09/30/25) for “#1 STONE MATERIAL FOR THE CHINCOTEAGUE NWR.” The current solicitation similarly requires furnishing crushed stone/slag/gravel and unclassified fill materials delivered to the same Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge address, with matching emphasis on aggregate material specifications and gradation/testing documentation. The prior work appears to be a continuation of supplying refuge construction/maintenance aggregate materials under the same site requirements.
