Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office One (NCO 1) intends to release solicitation 36C24121Q0067 for Non Emergent Transportation Services for the Manchester NH and White River VT Medical Centers. Services will include the scheduling and provision of ALS, BLS, wheelchair van, and taxi/livery transportation to patient beneficiaries of the above medical centers. The full solicitation will be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://beta.sam.gov on or about January 4th, 2020. Performance period will be 365 calendar days after award, with four 1-year option periods. This is a pre-solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming request for quote (RFQ) solicitation to satisfy the requirements of FAR 5.201 and 5.203. All questions should be directed to the Contracting Officer, who will consolidate all questions and release a FAQ amendment (if necessary) once the solicitation is released. All interested parties should register via the SAM portal at https://sam.gov/SAM to be eligible for participation in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to monitor and download amendments from SAM which may be issued to this solicitation. Prospective firms must be registered in the system for award management (www.sam.gov) and in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database on Vet Biz (www.vetbiz.gov) if claiming veteran preference prior to award.
