Furniture Relocation and Installation Services

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to procure Furniture Relocation and Installation Services for the Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. This contract aims to support the VA's mission of providing high-quality healthcare services to veterans by ensuring that their facilities are properly equipped and maintained.

The goal is to facilitate efficient furniture relocation and installation to enhance operational capabilities across various VA locations.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, transportation, tools, and equipment necessary for furniture and equipment relocation and installation services. Specific tasks include:
1. Providing a minimum of one truck daily for moving operations;
2. Assembling and disassembling furniture;
3. Delivering and installing furniture at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System and associated outpatient clinics;
4. Maintaining an inventory of items/products in the EMS warehouse;
5. Offering asset management services related to office furniture;
6. Providing reconfiguration/relocation management services for reorganizing or consolidating facilities;
7. Performing maintenance services such as restoring, repairing, renovating, re-upholstering, and cleaning office furnishings.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance will be the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System at 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073, along with other participating VA Medical Centers and outpatient clinics in the surrounding areas.
