Background
The VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS) requires recurring commercial furniture management, installation, relocation, delivery, and storage services throughout the health care system. This contract aims to support routine weekly moves, service relocations and consolidations, furniture reconfiguration, activation of new and renovated spaces, delivery and installation of new furniture, and secure off-site storage of Government-owned furniture and related items.

The anticipated increased activity is associated with the opening and activation of the VA North Campus during FY27.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all supervision, project coordination, qualified personnel, vehicles, transportation, secure warehouse storage, packing supplies, tools, equipment, and incidental materials necessary to perform the services described in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services include:

1. Planning and coordination of furniture moves, installations, reconfigurations, deliveries, and storage activities.
2. Disassembly, packing, protection, loading, transportation, unloading, placement, reassembly, reconfiguration, and installation of commercial furniture and related items.
3. Removal and reinstallation of miscellaneous wall-mounted items within the Contractor’s capability.
4. Receipt, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, labeling, inventory control for Government-owned furniture.
5. Routine urgent after-hours services as authorized under the contract.
6. Removal of damaged or excess furniture to designated locations as directed.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base period from November 1st, 2026 to October 31st, 2027 with options for additional periods extending through October 31st of subsequent years.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Offerors must be verified at the time of quote submission and remain registered until award completion. Bidders must provide evidence of general liability insurance without exclusionary clauses for asbestos that would void coverage.
