RFQ #: 36C24821Q0529 PROJECT TITLE: HOPTEL Hotel Services for Eligible Veteran Beneficiaries for Miami VA Healthcare System This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services/items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24821Q0529. Submit written quotes in accordance with Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors outlined in this solicitation. Oral quotes will not be accepted. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC_2021-03 / 02-16-2021. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 721110, Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels, with a Size Standard of $35.0M, applies to this procurement. Miami VA Healthcare System intends to award a single firm fixed price contract for HOPTEL Hotel Services for Eligible Veteran Beneficiaries. To be eligible for award all quoters must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the close of the RFQ and at the time of award. Quote shall be valid 120 days from the close of this solicitation. Quotes are due no later than Friday March 5, 2021, at 1:00 PM ET.
