This notice shall serve as Synopses of a Proposed Contract Action as required by the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 637(e)) and the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act ( 41 U.S.C. 1708), in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201(b)(1)(ii), for a modification to an existing contract for additional supplies or services that meets the threshold in 5.101(a)(1).

This ceiling increase represents the total ceiling for Employee Transit Benefit Support Services Contract.

The Period of Performance is 04/01/2023 12/31/2026 inclusive of all options.

The Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only on responsible source, will be made available within 14 days of contract award IAW FAR 6.305(a)
