Ambulance Service Louisville VAMC Robley Rex Campus This is a Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Background: The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, NCO 9 Network Contracting Office, on behalf of the Robley Rex VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Louisville Kentucky is conducting market research through this source sought notice to seek sources to identify potential experienced businesses that are capable of meeting the requirements per the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Government is seeking contractors with current or previous contracts providing ALS and BLS ambulance services for the Federal Government, local government, and/or private sector entities. Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. NAICS Code: 621910 Size Standard: $22.5M NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be registered and CVE verified in the Small Business Administration (SBA) VetCert Registry https://veterans.certify.sba.gov GENERAL INFORMATION: Title of Project: Ambulance Services Robley Rex VAMC) Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in the attached SOW. The overall project purpose and objectives is to provide Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance services for the veteran patients who are serviced by the Robley Rex VAMC and its surrounding Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). A firm fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is anticipated to be the award type for this requirement which will be for a five-year period. There will not be option years but ordering periods instead to allow for price escalation each year price in the resulting price quotes that will be solicited later when a formal solicitation is posted on SAM Contract Opportunities. The anticipated Period of Performance (POP) would be as follows: BASE 03/15/2023 - 03/16/2024 ORDERING PERIOD 1 03/15/2024 - 03/16/2025 ORDERING PERIOD 2 03/15/2025 - 03/16/2026 ORDERING PERIOD 3 03/15/2026 - 03/16/2027 ORDERING PERIOD 4 03/15/2027 - 03/16/2028
