The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit proposals for Air Ambulance Broker services. The Request for Proposal number is 36C26023R0038. The solicitation will result in the award of three (3) to five (5) contracts. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price IDIQ. The applicable NAICS code is 481211 Nonscheduled Chartered Passenger Air Transportation, and the small business size standard is 1,500 employees. The intended contract period of performance is February 1, 2024 January 31, 2029. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the Contract Opportunities website, https://sam.gov/ . The tentative solicitation issue date is October 12, 2023, and the anticipated closing date is November 14, 2023.
