Dry Ice Delivery Services
Background
The G.V. Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, MS, is seeking to procure Dry Ice Delivery Services to support its Pathology and Laboratory Medicine department. This contract aims to ensure the safe transportation of medical samples by providing a consistent supply of dry ice, which is essential for maintaining the integrity and viability of specimens during transit to reference laboratories.

The contract includes a base year plus four additional ordering periods.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for delivering dry ice biweekly, specifically 40 lbs of dry ice pellets on Mondays and Thursdays during business hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM). Deliveries scheduled on federal holidays must be made the next business day.
