This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written Solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number VA248-17-Q-0234 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-93-1 dated 01/01/2017. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Any firm that is not considered a SDVOSB under this NAICS code should not submit a response to this notice. To receive consideration as SDVOSB the firm must be registered and verified in the VIP database at www.vip.vetbiz.gov. The government anticipates awarding a Firm-fixed price contract. An award will be made to Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote, which conforms to the requirements within this solicitation and represents the best price to the government.
