Background
The solicitation is for On Call Air Attack Flight Services for the Bureaus of Department of Interior. The contract aims to award multiple, indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity, Air Tactical Group Supervisor (ATGS) on call air attack contracts for the Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Land Management (BLM) flight services to include the transport of personnel and/or cargo in support of air tactical operations, aerial fire reconnaissance, and detection. The contract has a Base Year with four 1-year option periods.
Aircraft are subject to dispatch anywhere in the contiguous United States and Alaska.

Work Details
The contract requires fully contractor-operated and maintained on call fixed wing Aerial Supervision platforms within the contiguous 48 States and Alaska. Contractor services include provisions of an airplane, pilot(s), fuel, aircraft maintenance support, and all other associated equipment. The Contractor must maintain a complete, current copy of the contract, modifications, and task orders in each contract aircraft throughout the performance period.
The Contractor must provide one fully compliant airplane equipped with various specifications including aeronautical charts covering area of operations, sensor operator station equipped with crashworthy seat and shoulder harness, free air temperature gauge, individual lap belts for each installed seat, shoulder harness with automatic or manual-locking inertia reel for each front seat occupant, fire extinguisher(s), dual flight controls for initial pilot performance evaluation, aircraft lighting for night operation as per 14 CFR Part 91.205(c), wing and tail strobe light system with an independent activating switch, high-visibility pulsating forward facing conspicuity lighting, cabin heater and window defogger.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance for the contract is from 01/01/2023 to 12/31/2027.

Place of Performance
Aircraft may be dispatched anywhere in the contiguous United States and Alaska.
