Background
The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking to obtain fully contractor-operated and maintained exclusive use helicopter flight services for a period of 139 calendar days. This service is intended to support project/resource work, fire management, and search and rescue operations across Mount Rainier, Olympic, and North Cascades National Parks in the Pacific Northwest. The contract includes a Base Year with four 1-year Option Years.

Work Details
The contractor will provide one light helicopter that meets specified minimum requirements including:
- Seating for five insured passenger seats (excluding pilot).
- Non-jettisonable payload (HOGE) of 450 pounds at 0 degrees Celsius at 14,000 feet pressure altitude.
- Turbine engine with an airspeed of 155 knots VNE at sea level.
- Skid type landing gear and crash-resistant fuel system.

The crew must include a Pilot-in-Command (PIC), relief pilot, fuel service vehicle driver, relief driver, and mechanic. The contractor may provide a mechanic who also serves as the fuel service vehicle driver. Additionally, two fuel cache trailers are required along with a fuel servicing vehicle as specified in Section B8. The aircraft must comply with FAA regulations and be available for missions including law enforcement transport, search and rescue operations, fire management activities, and other resource-related tasks.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 139 calendar days from May 01 to September 17.

Place of Performance
The designated base for operations is Enumclaw, WA.
